You can spend a few hours to forage for ingredients on the appropriate environment with an Intuition Check. You can also spend a few hours and 1 SP to brew a salve that can be used to heal an amount of points (determined by a Knowledge Check) of either VP, FP or SP (your choice). The salve will lose potency and expire after a few days to a week.
